Q. How do I place an order?
A. Use *Add To Cart* buttons. You will be able to tell us how many yards before checking out. You can make payment by credit card or check through our Shopping cart.  Please be advised:  our site only recognizes full yard cut orders.  You cannot order a 1/2 yd cut or anything else that is not a full yd.  Many of our items are available by the 1 yd. minimum cut while some others require a higher min. purchase.

Q. How wide is this Fleece?                                                                                                                                
A. Our fleece is approximately 60" wide ~ Salvage to Salvage. Some of our solids are 62" wide.

Q. How do I get samples?
A. Just email us your requests and we'll ship them if they are available. 1 to 3 samples will ship regular mail and there is no charge.  If you need additonal samples or need them quickly, we will charge you priority mail to send them to you.

Q. How much is the fabric?
Fabric pricing is stated on the products page per item. Some items may be priced differently depending on weight and Manufacturer Costs.

Rolls of Fabric (50-60 yards) Please Inquire. Depending on yardage ordered will depend on price quoted. This price does not including shipping. Please email us for your order and we will be happy to discuss this with you. 

Q. What about shipping?
A. All orders will ship UPS or USPS, depending on package weight, in the continental USA unless prior arrangements have been made with the shipping department before your order is placed. 

We ship cut yard orders as soon as possible.  Sometimes it is possible to ship as soon as 24 hours after an order is processed, while other times may take 3 to 5 days to ship out and then shipping time must be added to that time frame.  While we try to keep the website up to date as far as inventory, sometimes items sell out before the website is updated and we cannot complete your order.  If that happens we will contact you as soon as possible.

Our main shipping headquarters is located in Wisconsin, but sometimes items you order will ship from our LA location or direct from suppliers to you.  Please do not use our Wisconsin location as a way to figure how quickly your items will arrive.  It depends on the items ordered and where they will ship from.  

Many items on our website ship for free to help keep your shipping cost down.  The items will say "Free shipping" in the item description.  When you are ready to checkout, you will only be charged shipping for the other items.  Shipping for items that cannot ship for free is calculated by the weight of the item and your shipping zip code. 

If you are ordering Fabric by the bolt, please understand there maybe a shipping delay.  It depends on the item and supplier.  We are able to keep our prices low and then pass it onto you because we purchase the bolts in large quanitites and then have most of them drop shipped for us saving the shipping costs of bringing the bolts in house first.  Depending on the Supplier and how busy they are will decide how quickly your bolts will ship.  Some bolts will ship within 48 hours while others may take up to 4 weeks.  Please call to verify that a bolt you need is immediately available for shipment if you are in a hurry before completing your online order.

Q. What about returns?
A. Please count purchase immediately upon receipt of product to make sure you received your complete order. - All claims must be made within 5 days of receipt of goods. Please report shortages to us immediately. 

Please order samples prior to using the fabric if you are unsure that our fabric will work for your project.  It is the buyer's responsibility to test the fabric received before cutting. 

Only fabric that has been uncut, unwashed, and unsewn can be returned. If fabric has defects or is damaged, we will issue store credit once we receive proof of problems.

Q. How soon will my order ship?
A. Your order is VERY important to us. We take all orders very seriously. You can expect orders consisting of cut fabric pieces and panels to ship within 3 to 5 days (excluding weekends and Holidays) unless an item is out of stock when our shipping department packs your order.  If we can ship your order sooner, we will!  We try to keep online inventory perfect, but unfortunately, sometimes inventory is incorrect.  You will be notified by email if an item is out of stock before we ship your order so you can decide how you would like to proceed.  Also, some items maybe on Back order.  We will email you with that information also.  IF you are ordering bolt purchase items, please understand shipping delays are possible.  We do try to get your order to your door as soon as possible, but somethings unexpected things take place that can delay bolt orders.   

Q. Do we ship internationally or outside the contiguous USA?
A. Yes, we ship to almost anywhere. Our website is not set up to take international orders, so you will need to email or call to complete the process.  Also, International orders may take up to 2 weeks to ship because some items may need to be brought in from suppliers so we can ship your complete order in 1 shipment.  Additional shipping costs may accur if all the items are not inhouse and we need to bring them in for you.   If you have questions about your exact shipping time, please ask for shipping date estimate before completing order.

Q. What kind of currency do you accept?
A. All money must be in United States Currency.

Q. What payment types do you accept?
A. All payments are either PayPal, credit card, directly from Web site, your good check or money order, or, we can send you a payment request with your totals via email if you prefer not to order on line.
 

Legal Stuff
Please note that dye lots on fabrics change periodically. So, future orders of a similar fabric may produce a different shade. Please try to order all you need for your project at one time. Due to different computer screen settings, colors may vary from screen to screen. All our fabrics are also available by wholesale roll at wholesale prices. Some prints are available in 12 yd bolts!

All states, territories, and countries outside the contiguous United States... must contact us first for a shipping price quote for your order. We are happy to ship our fleece to you but we must do the quote first.
